1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Microlab app (“App”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Microlab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to this EULA’s terms and restrictions.

3. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for commercial, educational, or institutional purposes without prior written permission.

• Share, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer your license or account.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features may require a subscription under monthly or yearly plans. If your subscription lapses or is canceled, some features may become unavailable. Refunds for partial use are not provided except as required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services such as:

• Firebase (analytics and authentication)

• CatRevenue (monetization)

• Zoho (communications and marketing)

By using the App, you acknowledge and accept the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services.

6. User Content and Conduct

You agree not to upload, post, share, or transmit any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, offensive, abusive, or discriminatory.

• Contains any sexual content, pornography, or explicit material.

• Violates intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

• Is forged, fraudulent, or misrepresents any person or entity.

• Is irrelevant, spam, or unrelated to the App’s purpose.

• Promotes hate, violence, harassment, or discrimination.

Microlab reserves the right to remove or delete any content violating these rules. Accounts found in breach may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund.

7. Termination

Microlab may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this EULA or engage in unauthorized use. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease all use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind. Microlab disclaims all express and implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Microlab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
